    Here is an example of some chicken breast being cooked on the Big Green Egg.  A Large Egg holds alot of Chicken Breast.
    
    Getting ready to cook.  Here we are showing you that you can reuse the balance of Egg charcoal,  along with some flavored wood chips.  This takes about 5 to 10 minutes to lite and ready to cook.
    
    Now we are starting to smoke some pork butt (pork shoulder).  This process takes about 23 to 25 hours depending on the size on the butts.
    
    Now we are getting ready to pull the pork butts off the Big Green Egg.  These are going to make some great pulled pork sandwiches.
